Great place to workout and even accommodating to old guys like me. Just one piece of advice, leave your ego at the door and have a great time. The coaches and owners are great in helping you to meet whatever goals you have from just getting into and staying in shape to trying your hand at being a competitive CF athlete. I highly recommend this CF gym.
I'm one of the few people that started working out at the gym when it first started. Love the coaching, love the owners. Such a cool vibe and everyone gets along. I also believe that they have the best programming because I go to other Crossfit when I travel and there's no comparison to my level of fitness to others it's a great feeling to have and I owe it all to this gym.
Great place to get in shape and have fun, coaches are great as well as the owners. Members are personable and friendly . A very fun and welcoming Crossfit box where egos are left at the door??????
