“Nancy did a wonderful job planning and guiding us through a complete high-end remodel of our 2,000 sq ft townhome on the water. The project included gutting the house and starting from scratch, including electrical and drywall.She is very experienced and of course knowledgeable. We had a rough idea of the major things we wanted done but no idea about the details or how the house would look at the end of the project. Nancy provided us drawings, computer renderings, and samples throughout so we could see what we would be getting.She had many great ideas when it came to selection and design for cabinets, counters, flooring, bathroom/kitchen fixtures, paint colors, etc.What we ended up with was very different from what we had imagined at the start, and it was many times better. “DTC did a complete (to the studs) remodel on my 1100 square foot 1958 condo on the Gold Coast. Greg agreed to take over the project after there were major issues with the original "Contractor" and "Interior Designer". I was so grateful that Greg agreed to come in and take over the job. No small feat to try unravel what was and was not done. The DTC team was excellent and I was extremely lucky to have Jason Schweitzer as my Project Manager. Jason's attention to detail and thorough follow through made me feel like he was treating my project as if it was his own home. Billing was very detailed breakdown of materials and overages (of course i had some...!) They offer access to an online calendar update that allows you to see the time frame and progress of the project. The end result is a jaw dropping, gorgeous custom home. Ive recommended DTC to several people and will continue to do so. Words that i continue to use when describing Greg and DTC: ethical, honest, and beautiful craftsmanship. I highly recommend DTC.“
