“From my experience, I'd say I really trust this business and would gladly do business with them again.I had a minor issue where we wanted to have an electrician come out to inspect our place for any issues--as we were preparing to rent out unit out.The owner called me back fairly quickly--within 30 minutes. He explained what he could do but recommended I could do many of the steps myself. He actually took about 15 minutes to tell me the important steps to check for, which he would do normally. And if we found any irregularities we could call him back and hire him.Turns out, everything he told us to check for was A-OK. And he saved us about $300-400. I myself am a person running a service business with a clientele of repeat customers, I loved the way he treated me with respect, explained things, and helped me optimize the situation. I'll definitely hire him for future jobs. I also appreciated he had some extra connections via his family for real estate things--so that perspective was really helpful.Compared to the other two electricians I called to for information to handle this issue, Enterprise Electric handled it the best and with the Customer in mind.“

“So I had need for a electrician to install a Oven plug and harness 220v, also change 8 electrical plug outlets in the kitchen all 110-120 volt,, additionally install two outlets in my kitchen island ....and a overhead light in my upstairs shower ... “Overall 4.5 stars for professionalism, speed of service, and helpfulness.I was having some problems with a gfci breaker and called a handy man to take a look. While resetting the breaker helped temporarily it didn't address the issue. Since place didn't have a master breaker, I needed to get a licensed electrician to operate on the live wire. Progressive was able to quote me a price on the phone, and send an electrician out the next day. Electrician was very professional, very quick and also provided suggestions to simplify the circuits and also reduce costs. I also appreciated the due diligence in testing the different parts of the circuit to ensure all the pieces were lining up right.In the end electrician was in and out in less than 30 min. Cost for parts was $25. Cost for labor was $200, which I can understand (drive time, minimum # hours, etc), but was also much higher than the handyman-- if only i had a master breaker. With that said, compared to other licensed electricians price was reasonable, and I got numerous recommendations from people for Progressive. They get the job done on a tight schedule, so I'm a fan.“

“Coastal Electrical installed a new electrical panel, rewired my kitchen and bathroom to meet code, installed recess lighting in both kitchen and bathroom, hooked up my double oven, cook top and range hood. They were very professional, arrived when they said they would be here and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They were also very cost competitive. “I called the number listed on the web site for electrical repairs to a house panel. In the end, I suspect my issue was smaller than what the company deals with. Having said that Customer service was the best I’ve experienced in last 10 years. Within minutes I received a call back from a field worker who requested pictures of my panel.
