David is awesome! One of the main reasons why I went with him is because of his responsiveness, and his reviews were good. Then when he told me that he would charge $40 for diagnostics but that he would waive it if we ended up asking him to repair it, I thought that was great. He ended up replacing a bad module in our desktop computer that wouldn't turn on, and in the end he charged us a total of $80 which I was very happy with. Our desktop computer is only two years old, so when it didn't turn on, I was cringed thinking about how much it would cost to fix. The computer turns on and works fine now, and I'm very happy we found him and would definitely recommend... read full review

There's apparently a reason why David is only getting 5-star reviews. He's just great to work with; very easy-going and knowlegable. My desktop was blanking out randomly, and I was concerned that I had been hacked or some malware had gotten in somehow. He came to my home to pick up my computer, and kept it for a few days. He identified the problem; gave me some guidance, and now it's been working fine. He only charged me a diagnosis fee, and did ALL the traveling to pick up and drop off my computer. Thank you David for helping me out, and explaining things in simple terms I could understand.

When my laptop started suddenly freezing up on web conferences, I looked around and found Dave at Cinematic. I took a chance and called him. He basically diagnosed my problem over the phone; I needed a new extender! Instead of recommending some high priced item, he sent me a link for a reasonable mesh system, that he thought would work well for me. I bought it from Amazon and notified him when it came in. Today, he came to my house, and, in just and under an hour, set the entire system up in my living room and in two bedrooms. He walked me through everything I needed to do to get going. It works like a charm! He's a great guy who is reliable and knows his stuff!... read full review
