Throughout the entire process of the transition / loss of our dog, Arms of Aloha and Dr Naun and the entire staff have been truly caring, open, and supportive. They have shown the utmost levels of sympathy and understanding to our needs. We could not have asked for better people or services during this difficult time. They made the process much easier for us, but most importantly for our dog. We especially appreciate the explanations, and the thoughtful notes after our loss. I highly recommend them to anyone facing the difficult decisions on when and how to care for your pet when they are suffering
I am so grateful for Dr. Naun for providing this service. Our dog, Harley, was the best dog I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He was almost 16 and really suffering from the effects of his cancer; this was the kind and compassionate thing to do. Dr. Naun was so kind and caring, and took the time to explain everything that was happening or going to happen. She helped make this very sad and emotional experience a more peaceful one for us and Harley.
Arms of Aloha gave our sweet Piper the most peaceful of last moments surrounded by love in the comfort of her living room. After her passing, they sent us condolence cards on numerous occasions. This might have cost a little bit extra, but it was worth every penny to give our sweet for a baby the comfort of passing within her home and with minimal pain. They hand-delivered her to our doorstep after her cremation with beautiful paw prints that were painted identically to the color of her brindle fur. Mahal Nui for your compassion and for making this painful experience more comforting for everyone, especially our Piper girl 💞
