Rod didn't give up until I was satisfied even while I was doubtful a smelly sofa would loose it's stink. I was ready to give up but he was confident he could fix it. He is committed to his work and his clients.

Rod did an excellent job cleaning the three oriental area rugs that we purchased in Turkey. He exercised such care because of their high value, and they looked so much better after he cleaned them! I then hired him to clean three upholstered chairs and they turned out looking like new. Finally he cleaned the master bedroom carpet with a similar result. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Arise Carpet Cleaning with Rod and his wife did a great job and we were very happy with the work. It was also very easy to work with Arise Carpet Cleaning, as they were able to adjust to our needs with timing on or move out.
