I can not give a worse review….. zero stars is even too high for this place. I have been in multiple times and each time is equally as bad as the previous time. I told my dr. my health concerns and instead of helping me she told me to come up with a solution and she would sign off on it…… ummmmm “excuse me aren’t you supposed to be the doctor…… isn’t that why I am here” also very rude to me. My mom just got back from her appointment where they knew the specific reason for her visit and stated that the documents they needed were never sent from the previous doctor….. they were….. and my mom had all the documents with her in a folder at the appointment....read full review
If I could rate them zero stars, their front desk staffs are rude, seems like they didn’t understand what I said about my insurance! I stated that I HAD KAISER and that I have Aloha Care! Would be nice if let me finish talking!
I called 3/18/24 to schedule a hospital follow-up & was booked for 3/27/24 @ 1:00pm in Kealakekua. However, as I check-in for my appt on the 27th I am told that my appt was cancelled & rescheduled without my knowledge. The girl at the front desk was helpful & informed me this is an ongoing issue they've been dealing with & provided me the name of the person who FAILED to inform me of any schedule changes, COSETTE INIGUEZ-ISAACS. I was offered an appt for 4/26/24 at the EARLIEST. After showing a bit of frustration I was offered a 4/10/24 appt at another branch but I had prior appts on that day as well so I was left with an appt a MONTH out due to a mistake on the business's part. I called to hopefully speak to someone who can offer a better solution or who will listen to my frustrations as I lost both time and money at work and my health concerns are now put on hold. I spoke to someone on the phone who directed me to a Keith Fernandez who was on "lunch break" & would call me back within 20 minutes. I have now been waiting for 2 hours & am left to research other clinics with a more professional & organized facility.
