Excellent customer service! Jo, who took my initial call (and the only company of 3 that answered my call) was very kind and efficient and sent J.R, who came by within a couple of hours to evaluate my broken garage door. He was able to open it so that I could get my car out and returned the next morning with new parts and completed the repair. J.R. was very knowledgeable, very polite and enjoyable to converse with. They are very fair priced and I highly recommend them!
