I was a problem client in that I had previously had permanent eyebrows and the technician did a horrible job with the color, shape, and depth leaving scar tissue. Terri had a lot to correct before she could even start with new eyebrows. She did an EXCELLENT job! Terri is the complete package. She is a highly experienced professional with extensive knowledge of permanent makeup. She is kind, thoughtful, informative, pleasant, and competent. She will not give up until the customer is satisfied. I cannot say enough good things about her and the superior service she provides. If you're thinking of getting any permanent makeup, I recommend her highly.

Terri originally enhanced my eyebrows several years ago and I have had her update twice through the years. Each time has been an excellent experience and I would recommend her to anyone. I'm a senior who has the normal experience of losing eyebrow definition. Terri gave me a very natural arch and color which looks superior to anything that can be done with a pencil or eyebrow product.
