“We had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE Tonight when Steve’s Plumbing was called Earlier in the day for emergency call to our home - our plumbing was backed up and we were in trouble no running water backed up everything .. it was getting late And office called to say they couldn’t make it - then few minutes later Mel called and said DEL Costa decided to make another call late into the evening had heard we were in trouble and didn’t want us to go another minute without water When I say this young man was gifted and cared about people that would be an under exaggeration! “It's always a worry when you desperately need service for something as essential as air conditioning for a rental property during a guests stay. Most A/C repair companies are too busy to sympathize with your situation and just coldly add you to the bottom of the list of service appointments. Rarely scheduled for the day you have called, causing further stress and cost, because now you have to offer refunds or discounts to suffering guests. NOT the situation with ACS! Understanding our predicament, a service tech was dispatched the day we called, a Friday. A special shout-out to U'ilani the dispatcher who repeatedly took my concerned phone calls. She could not have been more reassuring and calming. U'ilani is a customer service pro! Unfortunately, the service tech initially misdiagnosed the problem and the A/C failed again that evening. Frantically, I called the next morning, but now being the weekend, they were closed and I could only leave a message with their answering service - I thought for sure I would have to call again Monday morning. But, NO. Within a couple of hours I received a call from Shirley, ACS VP/Owner! And like U'ilani, actually was very sympathetic to our dilemma and promised to stand by their work and send someone out first thing Monday morning. And that's exactly what happened with an A/C happy ending. An understanding ear and merely a commitment to standing by your work is often the most assuring for a client in need. Thank you, ACS!“
