What a relief, as soon a Saima worked on the area that was creating excruciating lower back pain! She knew exactly where to begin the work! I would recommend any!one who is looking for body ache pain relief! I even got a nice facial massage! That was something I wasn't expecting!
Bethany was amazing! She took the time to ask before we started about how my body was feeling/any issues going on. She was clear with her instructions, had the perfect pressure & was very attentive to where I needed the most work done. I can’t express enough thank you’s to her for helping me feel better on vacation (I’m an awful traveler, I get instant migraines the second I step foot on a plane)
This review is for the Studio Classes at Hawaii Sanctuary: Next door to the Day Spa is a beautiful, airy studio with views of the ocean. We signed up for the Restorative Yoga with Yvette our first morning in Kona (after a long, cramped flight the night before). It was exactly what we needed--in a spotlessly clean and sunlit studio, we stretched and meditated with all kinds of high-end props (blocks, straps, bolsters, even a lavender scented eye mask!).
