Scheduled appointment. Showed up 20 min early on my day off. Hairdresser no call-no showed. I Called the number listed to see if I was in the right place. No answer. Mailbox full. No response at all. Not sure if they are in business.

I usually get my Colorproof hair products from here and have never had a problem. Even when she had a client, she would pause, take off her coloring gloves, and take the two minutes to cash me out and make the sale. Today, however, I asked my boyfriend to pick up over $200 (before tax) worth of products for me. He was rudely greeted by being told she was busy and to come back in two hours (already bad customer service). So he went back two hours later to try again. This time the door was locked and all he got was a finger shaken at him through the window as if he were a misbehaved child. She couldn't even greet a customer at the door with an apology and (yet again) a better time to come back. It's unfortunate she missed out on a $200+ sale that would have only taken a moment of her time. Very disappointed by this unprofessional and insulting lack of customer service.
