We had a good relationship with Gordon Sheet Metal, often buying locally at a higher price because it's the right thing to do as a small business in a small town.Well, we got a price quote from a woman who worked there yesterday, and based on that, we made a bid for a project and won the project. Our bid was based on Gordon's price quote to us.Today we called to place the order and the price quote jumped 50%, several hundred dollars. The guy we talked to today blamed his co-worker for a mistake and pigheadedly was unwilling to do the project, which we believe would still have been profitable to them, at the quoted price.We quickly made a few calls and found another supplier...read full review

Awesome service. I needed just one small piece of aluminum today and they graciously cut it for me while I waited. Their price quote for many units of aluminum was equal to what I pay to have it shipped in. No question that I'll buy from them again!
