Aaron spent a half hour on the phone with me to help me figure out an electrical issue with my dishwasher. There was no charge. He cares about helping people and is very knowledgeable about the history of electrical wiring on the island and how best to tackle perplexing problems. Thanks, Aaron - you're the best!

As a farmer I am constantly faced with things breaking down, usually when I need them the most. I have used Big Island Electric a dozen times or more and am always amazed at the prompt and efficient service. This week I had some just picked coffee beans and the pulper failed to turn on. Within less than 3 hours they sent two electricians to fix it and I was on my way to pulping the beans that could not have waited another day. There is nothing these guys cannot fix and finding service like that in Hawaii is just about a miracle.

I needed a new electric panel to replace my 50 year old panel. I called and made an appointment. Their electrician came on the day and time we agreed to. The service was excellent. When the bill came, the price was less than their quote. It is so rare that contractors and service people on Hawaii Island actually so what the promise. I highly recommend Big Island Electric.
