Shane was my service guy today., He was right on time, was polite, explained several things about the air-conditioning system which I had not been told previously, even though these folks at ACS are the original installers of the Air Conditioner.
So he did the service changed the UV bulbs, also the filter and replaced a part in the outside unit.
Now it’s not Making so much noise.

If you find yourself in need of air conditioning service or repair I recommend Shane and the folks ACS Air Conditioning from Kona on the big island.
Everybody at ACS has been very nice and accommodating…. Your workers are wonderful, including Tyler Pokorny, Uilani, and the tech that assessed the issue. I just wish they were a little bit cheaper in regards to labor cost!
I’ve used ACS for our business several times and decided to use them for maintenance on our home units also. Tyler did a great job. He went over everything, was very informative and professional. The units look great and it’s nice to have everything clean and running smooth. The ladies in the office are very helpful and pleasant to work with as well. Mahalo!
