Amazing is an understatement!!! John does an exceptional job and takes detailing to the next level. On this GLS the previous owner did only the basic wash on it and it was in bad shape. John did the detail inside and out, did paint correction, and ceramic coated it. He brought this 7 year old car back to life and made it look brand new.

I must say that I am a customer that looks at all things when rating Much newer Spa Chairs than anyone else around. I always feel that the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I go here every other week for a Deluxe Pedicure and have had nothing but great experiences. The prices are fair and the work is good. Higher up things like lights and fans can use a lite dusting but the place is clean otherwise. Sadly when I read other reviews I would love to see the homes of some of the sloppy people sitting amongst us who complain.
Bosscutz is by far the best barbershop I have EVER been to. Having gotten my hair cut every 2 weeks since 2005, I've never walked out of a place feeling more confident. The vibe is amazing, beautiful chairs and decor. The staff ifs so supportive and exceptional with customer service. Due to extinguishing circumstances they were able to accommodate a much needed cut for 2 individuals who were otherwise unable to get one. They support people of recovery and they support many other organizations. I will forever go to Bosscutz so long as I am in Kona.
Anissa did a gorgeous job on my wedding manicure!! She was incredibly meticulous and paid close attention to every detail. The pics I’m posting don’t do it justice… she used a chrome finish which gave them an elegant yet sparkly look. The vibe in the salon was so calm which I really appreciated. Couture Claws is a clean facility. I have been going here for a year getting epic pedicures with Abraxas. I always go for the deluxe pedicure. She is consistently great every time. I like that she is not hard on the cuticles and is very gentle. And Her massages are sooo relaxing. I feel lucky to have found her and I feel spoiled with every visit. It's a nice way to feel like you are getting away from it all.

I feel like this is too good to be true, but i am about 10 months post cut and I STILL love my hair. This was the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I have even had several close friends tell me, “this is the best hair cut you’ve ever had.” ? when the owner of the salon was cutting my hair, she really worked with my natural hair. She told me she didn’t want to do it in anyway that I myself couldn’t maintain. I loved that. She warned me my hair would be really frizzy for a few days post cut, that was true and it was and then it settled down. Just small, helpful tips that made it the best experience I’ve ever had. So HIGHLY recommend! I can’t remember the owners name, but THANK YOU for an amazing hair cut!
Yes it may be very difficult to get through but thank God for redial button. We always feel we hit the jackpot whenever we get through and be able to place an order. That is after trying for 2 hours. Makes eating it all the more satisfying. Whatever roll you feel like eating that day, make sure you get the spicy mayo. A roll will feed 2 not so hungry sushifanatics. But why order just one if you worked on it for 2 hours. You know what I mean?
I was a problem client in that I had previously had permanent eyebrows and the technician did a horrible job with the color, shape, and depth leaving scar tissue. Terri had a lot to correct before she could even start with new eyebrows. She did an EXCELLENT job! Terri is the complete package. She is a highly experienced professional with extensive knowledge of permanent makeup. She is kind, thoughtful, informative, pleasant, and competent. She will not give up until the customer is satisfied. I cannot say enough good things about her and the superior service she provides. If you're thinking of getting any permanent makeup, I recommend her highly.

I came off a cruise ship hoping to get a tattoo on my first trip to Hawaii.. walked into Voodoo Tattoo and met Lions. He is the coolest, nicest, most down to earth artist. I ended up getting a small "Al?ha" on my wrist, to take the aloha way of living home with me. While we were there his wife and children came to the shop and we got to meet the family side of him as well. Exchanged some dad advice since our kids are the same age, got a family photo and a memory that'll last a lifetime.
I'll definitely be going back to visit my friends at Voodoo Tattoo.

He is an artist and also a very nice, easygoing guy, I felt totally comfortable and got not fear at all, although this was my first big tattoo (at least bigger than the other ones I have). Not only did Ryan at Tattoo HQ get back to me right away, he helped connect me to his other artist Hannah (also amazing at communication) and I'm not exaggerating-- TATTOO HQ has the NICEST artists. Not just nice. TALENTED. Talked with me about the pieces I was getting to make sure they were perfecter than perfect. Good artists will tattoo what you want; GREAT artists are going to do that AND MORE, and the 3 (yes THREE) pieces I got from Ryan and Hannah are BETTER THAN I IMAGINED they could be! Whom happeneds to be celebrating her 50th wedding anniversary and is completing a vow renewal. We all got matching writing tattoos. They were happy to accommodate what each of us wanted in variation to the words and font and colors. They talked with each of us and checked in several times before during and after the tattoo. I got a teal green/blue cursive font only. Grandmother got matching font and writing with an added turtle and flower. Best friend got the dame word and font and added flower. We also purchased some family woven bracelets made by one of our artists and his daughter.Requested style: Asked for an exact word and font and showed a picture. Turns out the job was a little different than we thought, but he pivoted easily and was a huge help, going beyond what he really had to. Very professional, extremely personable. 5 starts for Dave. He went above and beyond for my client and I. I was in need of someone to match tile flooring in a condo I was selling and help me through the process. Dave came over and evaluated the job and then when my seller was on island he even met us at Tile Warehouse to help pick out and match the tile. Even the employees at Tile Warehouse rave about Dave. The tile we were matching was square and no longer available. So we went with a rectangular pattern and Dave said he could match the lines on the floor and use a mosaic pattern at the door way and it would blend nicely. He was right! It turned out so beautiful my seller is over the moon happy. Dave worked with our schedule and kept me updated throughout the process. He has done jobs for two other clients of mine and they both loved his work as well. Highly recommend him and will be using him again! Mahalo Dave!

I've used Floor Coverings Hawaii twice and I love how both floors turned out. Their installer Dustin was great at listening and calming all my concerns. I walked into their shop to look at flooring on a Tuesday, they measured on Wednesday, started the job the following Monday, and completed 1200 sq ft of floor by Thursday. That's unheard of in Hawaii. I'm very impressed.

We had a great experience working with All Natural Stone. We had already purchased our stone somewhere else and didn't buy enough to do the countertops and full splash the way we wanted. Without me even asking, Maianna called our stone shop directly to explain what we needed and make sure they had it in stock. Then, Lester went and checked the slabs to make sure they would work for us (we needed bookmatched slabs). Talk about phenomenal customer service!! Mary also met with me in person to explain the planned layout which was really helpful when trying to emphasize the best parts of the slab and minimize the not so good parts. They even squeezed our fabrication and install in several weeks earlier than expected when they had a job get pushed out. Quality of work and finished product/install is superb. We had extra stone left over and they planned the fabrication so we can use the leftover for our bathroom vanities. They are really thoughtful about every aspect of the process and that means a lot when you are spending so much money. Highly recommend them.

Really Great Service! The estimator AJ was very professional and shared his knowledge and answered all my questions. The people that came to treat the house were kind and respectful. I really enjoyed the fact that this treatment is guaranteed non-toxic, great for early spot treatments and it faded fairly quickly to a citrus-y after scent. We didn't need to leave the house, we just hung out in the garden and was able to go in and out as needed. It is safe for humans, plants and pets. I recommend SmartPest for sure!
I called Bowman to do a pretreatment for termites on our new construction. Even though it was a last minute request, they where able to find a spot on their schedule for us. they were professional, courteous and called me back in a very timely fashion. they took the time to explain the process to me and I would highly recommend them in the future.
I highly recommend these guys! I've used Tropical Tree Care on numerous occasions with rather big projects and have been completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. From the quoting process to the cleanup they are on their game! They are also Licensed which is very important when dealing with this type of work.
They do around 20 trees quarterly. Whenever we call to set up an appointment, they give us an estimated day/time and then confirm the day before or day of arrival, so sometimes last-minute but that works for us since they always fit us into the time-frame we need them to come. They got my dog in right away when he was injured. They were very helpful and cared for him immediately. Price for emergency visit was very reasonable.
I am really overjoyed with Dr. Kawamoto. I agree he has very poor people skills but I was there for my pet. I have a small parrot and desperately needed a vet. There are No vets that treat birds. I called all the vets listed in the area and he was the only one who scheduled an appointment. He treated Raku very gently, kept talking to him making sure he wasn't overly excited. Didn't rush through the procedures. I was able to watch it all and I saw that his entire focus was on my pet. So what he didn't need to talk to me, he focused on my pet and his problem. I will be scheduling my future appoints at Pet Medical Center. I went across the island to Hilo in December to a vet who basically did nothing to trim the beak and charged me more than Pet Medical. I read all the previous reviews and I was prepared to get exactly what they said. No people skills but wonderful and excellent veterinary skills. Carol C. Kona
I was told by my regular vet that my Toy schnauzer, Ziggy, had a heart murmur and needed to see a Cardiologist before being able to go under anesthesia for teeth cleaning, since a heart murmur was detected. I was referred to Dr. Deborah Fine at Alii Veterinary. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, thorough and took time to answer our many questions. We were very impressed with her knowledge, expertise and caring. I wish our sweet dog didn't have heart issues, but are thankful that Dr. Fine is on Island to help us.
Very positive first experience at this vet! Everybody was very kind and professional. Will use this office as my regular vet from hear on out.

I started Pilates and massage therapy with Regina at Kona Core Pilates almost 2 years ago for chronic severe neck pain. Alex is amazing! This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I got the Ashiatsu massage and do highly recommend it. Alex is very professional, made me immediately comfortable, answered all my questions.(I’d never had this type of massage before). She has a very calm demeanor. She was very conscientious of my injuries. The massage technique is different from a normal massage, but I actually enjoyed it more. I made an appointment for my husband after I was done and I will definitely be returning frequently. It’s a very reasonable price also. So happy to find her!

I've had many massages in my life but my Thai Massage with Sasi was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what to expect but what ever contortion stretches she did made my body feel so much better and flexible! I've been battling tightnesses and lower back pains for years and I felt amazing after my 2 hour session, I don't live on Big Island but EVERY-TIME I come back to this island I plan and visiting her when I arrive and before leaving. She is highly recommend!!!

Nina is amazing!!! The best Thai Massage I've ever had! In only one hour this woman can make your body feel sublime using the hot stones, her own body weight and very special stretching techniques that leave you feeling soooo good!!! We are professional movers and having Nina's touch made my body so much less sore and feeling great on our trip to paradise! Highly recommend that you enjoy a great deep tissue massage from this establishment
Loved our couple classic massage. Def come early to fill out the questionnaire so u get the full session. Our treatment was done by Selena and Maria and they were excellent. The intensity was exactly what I requested. Bring cash to tip. Also got a cute dress from the spa. Can't wait for next visit, will be back for sure

What a joy to have met Shavaun over a year ago. She took time with me to understand my situation and helped me more than any other. She is especially good working on (below the skin) fascia. My husband has MS and she is very sensitive and helpful with his issues. She has come to our home, which is very convenient. I have been to her beautiful retreat. Shavaun is gifted.

MyoPro Institute is a Class Act ! The love and care Melissa has for her students and the Clinic is top notch. If you are booking a student massage you are warmly greeted at the door . And walk into a beautifully appointed Spa like school. Melissa even has wonderful salts and candles for sale that she hand makes. Before you begin, your apprentice therapist will go over any concerns you have with your body . Then you lay on a heated comfy table with Spa music in the background. How I describe the type of massage Melissa teaches is both so yummy and relaxing but 100% targeted and detailed driven in all the tight and knotty spots. Highly recommend !! As a massage therapist myself, I'm so very excited to be a part of her continuing education classes offering CEUs . :) .
