“I went to Minit Urgent Care, Lahaina on August 7 after an accident while on vacation. I had not been to an urgent care or ERinmany years. my level of care was outstanding by Sandy. She really knew what she was doing and was caring and had a good sense of humor about my Jayhawk hat. Rhianna at front desk and Aira were all excellent. if I ever need care while in Mau I know where to Go.“

“While on vacation, we had an accident at the pool and needed to see a Doctor for some stitches for a cut. We called the clinic around 9pm and although they we’re not open, the Doctor completely went out of his way to help us find a place where they would be able to take us in at this time. The Doctor there at the clinic even called back, not once, but twice a few minutes later to make sure we knew where we we’re going and also to make sure the patient wasn’t developing any issue where we should be concern about. Even though we weren’t able to go to this clinic, we felt the doctor truly care and truly wanted to help us. I would give 10 out of 5 star if it was possible because there was nothing for him to gain in this situation but help us as much as he could. I would also highly recommend anyone needing to see a Doctor in a non-emergency to start with this clinic. We definitely need more people like him in this world and for that we want to thank him for all his kindness and help.“

Quality care, non judgmental atmosphere. Extremely professional staff from the time I booked the appointment to my check out. I was able to get my procedure done with minimal waiting time.
Dr.Okwuje is relatable but knowledgeable at the same time. The fact that he took time to know "me" and my expectations- while making me feel comfortable with small talks- made all the difference in an unfamiliar environment. I will keep going back for any future aesthetic needs. A very pleasant experience, highly recommended!“

But our visit to the ER was nothing but exceptional.
From the first person we met to the last

Our RN was Dilan he was incredible and extremely caring
The ED tech was Miriam and she was so concerned and so professional
The Dr was Mckenna Lee and he checked in on us multiple times even though the place was hopping busy
I really wish I got the name of the lady that was in registry, because even though the rest of the staff were amazing, she stood out with her level of care and compassion, she was an excellent ambassador for the hospital
If administration read this, please reach out so I can find out her name and place it in this review, because she deserves a mention and she deserves to be recognized by your organization.
No one wants to end up in ER, but if you have to, then in our experience, you will be looked after here.
