I used them to have locks rekeyed for a widower who was concerned with security at her new place of residence. The locks were higher end and they helped with photos I sent them how to remove them to have them rekeyed. Other companies wanted 400 to 600 hundred dollars to come to the East Side of Maui in the road to Hana to do this. They would not help me. Only Kihei Safe and Locksmith helped me. The job is complete now and the lady I helped feels secure.

I lost a key to deadbolt look on a closet with the water heater in it. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke to John. He told me he would fit me in during the afternoon and call when he was on his way. He had great communication and even was able to get to me earlier than expected and made the job look easy. Much appreciated.
