Great patient care and kindness. I called and spoke to Tracy and she got me on the schedule quickly. Eyesight Hawaii Dr Monika Malrcha was extremely knowledgeable and explained "why" I was having eye issues. She discussed and educated me on the diagnosis clearly and said it wasn't anything serious yet. Praying it doesn't progress. Office is easy to find and staff are patient and helpful. They also keep you informed as to what they were doing by the tests they performed. This is my new eye doctor and feel blessed and full of gratitude. Thanks to my 5th grade friend Debbie. If you need an excellent eye doctor, this is the place to go!!

5 months ago I came out here on a work project, and been to different high end salons, to a project * hair salon… and let me tell you, all those prior works on my hair was disappointing. My hair went from light brown to dark to orange, lastly to burnt rust orange. I had my hair up in a bun for almost 3 months, it was horrible and damaged to even have it down. But then a coworker recommended Brandy. ?. I can’t say enough how amazing Brandy is personally and professionally. She is gorgeous and meticulously very intelligent and talented with her hands, very knowledgeable on different hair types. Anyways, in short, she saved my hair and my time. I have been looking for a good hair stylist who could do highlights/colors on this island for over 4 years and finally found one! Daniel was amazing! He is very talented with a lot of aloha, and my hero. Phone was ringing off the hook from people wanting to book with him. He is the best. The salon also has a great vibe.
I just got my ear pierced yesterday, and the guy seemed really cool but right after they pierced my ear they put a hoop in. I didn’t see any problem with it at first until I realized It is super uncomfortable because the hoop can get pushed very easily and rotate which sort of twists my piercing which is super painful. Even though the guy was really nice and I appreciate him, I just don’t like how hoops were put in after. The shop owner was super cool though and offered to bring me back in to fix the problem but I have already scheduled a different appointment to get it changed to a stud.

I had a leak that was losing a lot of water and my water bill spiked tremendously. I called Steve's Plumbing because of the ratings on Google. I spoke with a lady (I wish I got her name); she was so pleasant on the phone. It did not take long to schedule a technician to come to the house for an assessment. Kaalai was very professional and personable. He noticed that I didn't understand what he was talking about and took the time to explain it. He didn't rush me to make a decision; he gave me some options and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend Steve's Plumbing and Kaalai.
I have worked with many electrical contractors during my career. Gary from K2 Electric is by far the best. K2 is without question a top-notch company. They were prompt, Courteous, their workmanship was impeccable and their price was reasonable and fair. I don’t normally recommend people but, in this instance case, I can say without hesitation you would not be disappointed hiring this company to do your electrical work. They are definitely top shelf.
Elcco Inc. This Building Used to Be a RoundHouse For the Kahului Railroad Trains When The Railroad was Still going In 1879 until in 1966 they stop the Railroad and replace it with truck's. And they used this building for truck's to Repair. But when the Puunene Mill Closed down in 2016. They stop using it. Now its used for this company. Cheer's oh and The Long Building By them is the Maintenance shop for trains and yes it's the Collapse Roof

We got locked out of the safe at our rented condo and so we called John to see if he would be able to help, not expecting that he would be able to come out the same day since a different locksmith said he couldn't come out for 3 days. He happened to be in the area and was gracious enough to come to our place and check out the safe on his way home. He was very kind and helpful and we would absolutely call him again. We looked at all of the previous reviews before we called him and John absolutely lived up to all of them!

Kevin is a true expert on everything flooring, tile, carpet, laminate, or even outside turf. I have worked with him on several projects inside and turf outside. Since we would be doing this mostly from the mainland, a contractor with the highest integrity, knowledge, and work ethic was essential. Josh Landry is all these and more.With one in-person meeting and a couple pictures of our kitchen idea (the defining upgrade of the whole condo), Josh’s cabinet designer produced a glorious plantation-style which increased square footage, cabinet space, and usability. Josh navigated a couple engineering challenges with professional ease (removing 30 year old walls and cabinetry can produce surprises), coming up with great, functional solutions.Landry Construction was very responsive via their construction software, and communications were always timely. Josh’s estimate is spelled out in each category on this website so you know where you are with the costs, what you’ve paid, what products are agreed to, all communications, etc. at-a-glance.The project completed ahead of schedule. We own a condo in Kihei. We had just finished remodeling our condo when a flash flood deposited 4-5 inches of water and mud throughout our home. Our contractor was a blessing and worked over the next 48 hours to remove the standing water and much of the mud. I knew I still needed a remediator to finish the cleaning and prevent mold, so I called MD Restoration.Kale was at Home Depot getting supplies when I called the evening of the flood (Friday). He gave me some general information and asked if he could call me back when he was out of the store. He called back within 10 minutes. Kale gave me lots of information and said that he was going to handle cases in the order he received calls, so if I could find someone else who would get there sooner, go with them. He did not say it in a manner that suggested he did not want to help or did not want my business; he was being practical in a situation where time is of the essence and I appreciated that. Kale texted the next day (Saturday), reiterating that he was handling cases in the order of calls received. I asked him to please keep me on his list, which he acknowledged he would. Kale called the next day (Sunday) from my property and I gave him my door code. He entered the unit, then sent me photos of its current state, an explanation of the work that was needed, and when he could start. I passed the information on to my contractor, who agreed with the assessment and said that he and his team could do the needed demolition on Monday, so that when Kale's team got there they would just have to do the cleaning and drying.Kale's team started the cleaning and drying process on Tuesday. My contractor had done more cleaning by then, but there was still plenty to do. Kale's team cleaned up the remaining mud and set up equipment to dry the walls. Throughout the process, Kale was prompt in his communication and did what he said he would do. When I arrived a week after the flood and saw the unit, my only critique was that the grout in the tile floors had not been scrubbed and there was mud staining around the floor edges and corners. Basically, the floor needed detailing. In fairness, this may be a level of cleaning that is beyond what remediators do. They also don't clean the mud out of the interiors of appliances. I was fine with what MD does and does not do, but if you have a whole-house flood that also involves mud you may want to ask questions so that your expectations are managed.I met Kale in person to thank him for his help. He offered advice for the repairs from the perspective of someone who regularly deals with water intrusion. Kale knew that my contractor would make all repairs, so his advice was completely from a place of wanting to be helpful. Kale also acknowledged that our bedroom fan was not broken when he first entered our unit, but it was now broken. (We had also noticed the broken fan, but did not mention it.) Kale said that his team is usually good about letting him know when things like that happen, but, when he asked them, they said they did not do it. I could see where he was coming from: something was broken, but was it my contractor's guys or Kale's guys? We weren't there, so we don't know. Although that was fair, he maybe could have knocked a small amount off the price as a courtesy, just in case his guys unknowingly were the culptrits, but honestly, in the grand scheme of what we were dealing with, the fan was not my priority and I appreciated that Kale noticed the breakage and checked with his guys. I found Kale to be highly responsive and helpful. The invoice I was provided includes pictures and a detailed breakdown of the work that was done each day, which I suspect will be useful when I seek reimbursement from my insurer. As Kale said, I hope I never have to call him again, but if disaster strikes I would not hesitate to do so.

We bought a very dated condo in Kaanapali with an incredible view in late 2018. We knew it needed a lot of help. After talking to several contractors we felt Palani Alexander at ADR understood our vision for the place. Our building is older and that always presents unique challenges...all were handled beautifully. We were a little concerned about long distance communication but it was pretty seamless.Through pintrest boards and many calls everything came together. We even video chatted from the tile and counter top store. We love the way it all turned out. It was completed in July 2019. The response from our renters was tremendous. Almost too much because we could barely get time to visit for ourselves. The work included new flooring, new counter tops, totally gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms, added a washer and dryer, new ceilings, and all new interior doors. The best part is that everyone we worked with were lovely people on top of knowing their stuff. They are busy for a reason and worth waiting for.
