Bri I love you!!!! I was originally scheduled to come in for powdered ombré eyebrows and got to the shop early. I had micro needling done earlier that day and Bri had informed me that we would need to reschedule and explained the reasons why. She was SUPER nice and understanding about the whole situation and handled it like such a boss lady. I am so grateful to her for that and not turning me away. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, she had her two cute dogs with her that made the shop feel more welcoming and cozy. Bri is such a personable individual. Bri is the best at what she does! She's informative, professional and fun-- can't forget, insanely talented! I previously got my brows done and they eventually turned grey, Bri color corrected them and now they're the perfect brown. I also had a lip procedure done elsewhere and my lips were really painful, I swelled and bruised badly but when Bri re touched my lips I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep during the procedure! She gave me all the necessary after care instructions to ensure I healed properly. Bri also did my winged liner and I love it. It's so nice to wake up and not have to do my makeup! My first encounter with Bri at Yours Truly is back in 2020 for my eyebrows. We're all on a search for the best PMU artist we can afford especially since itll be on our face and there's no hiding a mistake! If your wondering about pain, the local anesthetic topical cream she uses are effective, so there's nothing to worry about there. You will hardly feel anything just slight pressure like a pen is being drawn on your eyebrow. She will explains the procedure thoroughly as well as aftercare.... read full review
