One of my screens clips snapped when I was washing the windows just recently and I didn't know how to fix it. Matt, himself came to my house and replace two clips and put the window screens back on my window. He was very courteous and professional. I see negative reviews about Tropical Wholesale but I believe it is just the competitors sending those reviews out. They get 5 stars from me.Debbie K“

“My balcony glass door shattered in the middle of the day. No one was outside or touching the door. It was a weird experience. Building management recommended me a glass company but the estimate came out to $6000+. One piece of glass for $6000+ is ridiculous. I called my insurance company and asked them for a recommendation. They told me to call Akamai Glass company. I called them and they were available to come check out the door as soon as possible. They provided the estimate a day or two later via email after checking the glass. And by the following month they installed the glass door. Their service is very fast. The price was still expensive for me personally but it was half the price of the initial glass company I was introduced to. Service was excellent and the glass installation went smooth. They brought all their equipments and knew what they were doing. Also, no shattered pieces were left behind. I definitely will be calling them again if we have another glass problem.“
