I injured my mid back at work as a Registered Nurse taking care of a patient last year. At first, I went to all access ortho and saw an Orthopedic PA who told me to rest and see a Physical therapist. I rested and worked with the PT for over a month which helped me learn different exercises to minimize my pain and increase my strength over all but that initial dull/pinching pain in my mid back didn't go away. Next I saw a physiatrist hoping he could help me with my pain in which he did by sending me to a masseuse. Though overall, everyone helped my "back pain", it was seeing Dr. Ken that took away that initial dull/pinching pain in my mid back I had since I first hurt it at work. I could never really explain the pain very well but Dr.Ken listened to my concerns and I could tell he really wanted to help take that pain away. After a few visits, he realized that my ribs needed to be adjusted. Seeing him a few times and getting my ribs adjusted each time, that initial dull/pinching pain was gone!! I couldn't believe it cuz I thought it was going to be chronic pain and I was so frustrated that it wouldn't go away. Though it does come back sometimes now I know exactly who to go to, to help me fix the problem! I've seen other chiropractors before (through Groupon) and this experience was not even comparable!! I highly recommend him!!
