Some one wrote “impeccable service” in their review, and I am going to second that. After my insurance company failed repeatedly to find a tow truck, that review is the one that pushed me to call Transport Oahu. Not only is Charlie helpful he diffused my stress and worry with his compassion and kindness. After some back and forth with our insurance company, and a realization that the mechanic shop did not have overnight parking, we arranged for the tow to happen the following morning (without my insurance covering it). These guys were Awesome! I had called a friend that knew these guys, I waited about half an hour & they were very Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the transport. If you're ever in a bind and need a tow, you will not be unhappy with these guys. I would recommend them to all my friends and family! Mahaloz again & keep up the great work!?❤️?
My car was leaking fluids and the dashboard showed coolant was low. Then another message told me that the power was slowed down. I should not drive the car or ruin the batteries. I called the Allstate agent who recommended Transport Oahu Towing. We decided to tow my car the following morning on a flat bed truck and avoid the late afternoon traffic. BING did a great job and delivered my car to the mechanic. I would highly recommend them. His prices are very reasonable compared to the other bids!
