Such a great place, everyone is so friendly, the hours of operation allow for so much flexibility, and above all, excellent treatment, and attention to detail. Really beautiful interior, everything is clean, everyone is concerned about your comfort. All of the therapists are either in training or Licensed, but all of them, whether in training or fully licensed have been phenomenal.
I had my massage with trainee, Feli, this morning. What a wonderful experience. The staff was lovely and accommodating. Massage rooms were clean, nice relaxing music with aromatherapy to aid in the atmosphere. Feli was also lovely and so professional. She asked questions first and made pressure changes as I needed for my older body. She will be a successful therapist where ever she goes after she completes her training. I will certainly be returning to Thai-Issan Massage Academy. Paula, Kapolei.
I had a gift certificate but didn't get around to using it until recently. The gift certificate expired but they still honored it which was great. I scheduled a massage with my mom and was booked with Jennifer (my mom had her massage with Nicky). I cannot speak highly enough about the massage as it was honestly the best I've ever had. I've had massages from many establishments all over the world and this was really THE BEST. I was surprised I was able to receive a combination massage with Thai stretching, back walking, hot stones, oil, shiatsu etc all within a 1 hour appointment.
