Dean rescued us following an unethical builder on a total remodel. We have since hired him for 2 smaller projects ($5,000 range). We were scammed by an unethical builder who is now out of business. Dean was the only contractor of the 9 I tried who would take on the project. The result is a beautiful home that is built right. The reason it is beautiful is that he kept providing us with options such as trimming the windows differently. He had the knowledge and a design vision to take the project to the next level.
