Frank helped me out a Lowes recommending the better water proof floor board lining instead of the foam that just sucks in moisture. Great company when they will help you out with questions in a store.
We were very pleased with the Servpro team of Jamal and Ram. They did a super job of staging the repairs so that we had the least amount of impact. They finished the job in a timely manner and keep us appraised as they progressed through the repairs. I give them the highest grade possible for their work.
There was water damage in the unit from a busted pipe that caused mold and compromised walls throughout our common area, kitchen, and bathroom. Our home looked awful, but thanks to the Project Manager Frank and his workers Daixin and Hua, they made our home look brand new! They not only did the job, but they did it correctly, no renter's special treatment. They take pride in their work, operate professionally in every way, are very accommodating, have a high quality of work, are caring, and are communicative.Thank you again for your service!
