I came in to see if I could find a replacement frame for my daily pair that has seen better days and was immediately helped by Kenny. He found a comparable frame and immediately removed and installed my lens in the new frame while I waited. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and service. We just arrived in Honolulu for a 11 day vacation and my wife was in dire need of prescription sunglasses. Nobody in town could help, unless I had a week or two to wait, but Seoul Optical made them not only same day, but in about an hour! They truly exceeded our expectations!
