I got my hair done by tab twice. The first time I loved it, it was exactly what I asked for. The second time she ruined my hair. I had dark brown hair on top and white hair underneath and I wanted more white hair or at least blondish color underneath. She put the bleach on and after a while she was asked if she could drop off something and then got in her car and drove off with the bleach still on my hair. After having the bleach on my hair for close to an hour she came back washed it out and had to dye it pink because it came out splotchy. I was then charged more because she had to cover her mistake. Autie did a great job on my curly hair cut but sadly my hair is now highlighted purple instead of the lowlights I requested. I had to go to Sally's and get corrective toner which is temporarily fixing it until I go to another salon to fix properly. I am disappointed and hope for a partial refund. I will update this as I know more. Maybe this salon is good for creative and vibrant color and not so much a natural look.

I waited 6 month to post this review. 6 months ago I went to the salon to get a balayage. The stylist seemed excited and confident about what she was doing. She foiled my hair extensively and left it to process a very long time. She washed my hair and when I sat up I saw pieces of my hair in the bowl. I asked in shock is that my hair? she said no....she then told me because of Covid she could not style my hair or dry it and sent me on my way. When my hair dried the damage was so extensive I was heart broken. I had growing out my hair and the stylist destroyed it. I called her and asked her for a refund and she refused. She offered a free oloplex treatment, as if an oloplex treatment could heal that level of damage. It has been 6. months of treatments, expensive conditioners, and watching my hair break off. the back and sides are all different lengths. It has been a 6 month struggle of hanging on to what I can and letting go as I watch it just break off. I am shocked at how cold, uncaring and insensitive she was towards me. terrible experience that just keeps giving.
