I have been seeing Joe to do my taxes for years and I refuse to even think about going to see anyone else. He has always taken the time to answer my questions in a way I can understand and has never makes me feel rushed. If you are looking for a group that is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, I would recommend making an appointment with Premier Tax Service.

Best tax experience of my life !!!! My taxes are usually very stressful ..as I work in entertainment and usually have many states to file, with different t rules etc etc ..Joe took all the stress away, made it all seem so easy and turned the experience into a positive one. For once I'm looking forward to doing 2022 taxes ( next year) ..feeling amazing as I know Joe and his team at Premier got me covered !!!!

Decided to change where I do my taxes since the last office I went to never returned any messages when I needed something. I was referred to Premier Tax Service by my parents. The first thing I loved about them is you could schedule your appointment on their website. You can choose your tax preparer, what kind of tax service you will be needing, and it also lists the prices. I understand some businesses don't list prices, as to not scare away potential clients before they even try the service. However, I appreciate the transparency more. Plus, I feel that the price is fair compared to others, at $100 for the 1040A individual or joint filing. If you have a friend that referred you, you can input their name on a form on their website to give them a small $5 referral bonus. They are located on the end of River Street, closer to Nimitz Hwy. I just got dropped off since parking is usually always hard in Chinatown. There is a gate with a callbox. You'll press the call button and dial 06, which will allow them to unlock the door for you. Take the first staircase up, and their office is right there. There are benches out front, and they even offer coffee and snacks while you're waiting to be called upon. Our appointment was at 9:00AM, but we started at about 9:25AM. However, during booking, it said it would take about 45 minutes, and we still ended a few minutes before 9:45! Talk about fast haha. And one might think that speed could mean something was missing or a mistake could happen, but Joe made sure he went over everything. There is even a screen facing you so that you could see exactly what he is doing. As a new client, I was asked if I had a copy of my last year tax return, but even if you don't have it, it's okay. He'll just need to ask for your information to build your profile. All I brought was my W2 forms, SSN, brokerage accounts, unemployment tax form, and insurance tax form (make sure you remember this if you have received a Premium Tax Credit and have Marketplace insurance). Overall very satisfied with Premier Tax Service and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new tax preparer to work with, or filing your taxes for the first time!
