We cannot list all of the mistakes made during the start of our home renovation with Pacific Precision Builders. They started the job with our guest bathroom. The multitude of errors started on day one. The bathtub which was to be refinished and not replaced was removed in error. The tub refinishing resulted in a sandy, rough finish which had to be corrected by a professional tub refinisher. Two water leaks, one from the new tub drain and second from the improperly installed shower piping, caused water damage in our downstairs unit. I've dealt with a lot of contractors from my days as a realtor, but this is the best contractor company I've ever dealt with. Their workmanship is incredible. The owner Jon does a great job of communicating before, during, and after the job is done. I highly recommend to anyone needing home repairs or remodeling.
