I have been a member of the OrthoSport gym for many years, beginning at Niu Valley and now doing personal training on line (since Covid) with Moriah Santiago. I have enjoyed working out with a variety of trainers, but am especially happy with Moriah. She changes up my workout every week so there’s no chance of boredom and we have fun conversations as she encourages me to work up to my full potential.
