“It's a shame these people had a bad experience. I got cancelled appointments also. Md offered three different meds for me and I stopped one or two days later, due to side effects. You have to be our own advocate. Bottom line, my sleep problems have improved. I am on one mild sleep medication, Trazodone 100mg to help relax me and also a new Grounding pad with a cord out my window attached to a grounding rod.
