Kathy was incredible! She asked me to drop off my documents (w2s) and called me within a week with everything completed! I was behind on filing and she e-filed all of them for me! I highly recommend this company!!

JKL was super responsive and comprehensive with preparing my tax returns, despite the multiple W-2s and 1099s I had in 2023. Their online platform prevents the need for downloading, printing, writing, scanning, and emailing. And Kathy was very available at all times of the day and provided real-time updates of the status of my tax returns. Highly recommend.
