LOVE these folks! I called to get my carpet cleaned and Craig returned my call the same day and stopped by the next to check on the job to be done. The techs—Eric and Ryan—showed up on time and let me know they were here. They worked efficiently and diligently; cleaned up after themselves. My carpet looks great! I am very pleased with their service at a reasonable rate. Thanks to the MD team!

Eric and Ryan came on time and did a great job. They took extra time to go over the heavily soiled spots. They work fast and the carpet looks great. They are also courteous and have excellent customer service.

Paul Kaminaka provided excellent service! He called ahead of time, arrived right on time. He was professional and nice. He did an amazing job cleaning our floors and carpets. The floor LITERALLY is a different color. He was attentive to detail (made sure to check if my husband and I had any allergies that might be affected by the scent, gave us shoe covering etc.) Could not have asked for better! Thank you!
