They need to change the name of their company because they are not "professional". After having been rear-ended, my doctor prescribed massage therapy. They advertise that they take motor vehicle accident/no fault insurance. I logged on to their website, filled out all the necessary information, and waited. No one contacted me back after I submitted all the personal information on line. Thus, I called to follow up; no one answered the phone. I left a detailed message and asked if they were going to accept my claim; and, if not, to let me know so I could move forward. Not even a return call! Completely UNprofessional! I hope this isn't how they train their students at the Kailua school!
We have had a few amazing sessions with therapists here: Kesa, Reeta, and Jenna. The location is convenient and staff are friendly. Come here for super relaxation and practitioners who are masters of anatomy! Don't schedule with them if you want overpriced glitz with heavy-handed upselling. What a find!
