This was my first visit. Friendly and professional service, from reception, technicians, and my doctor. Very impressed by their latest high-tech equipment, and I fully understood my instructions, finally very comfortable satisfied with the great experience upon leaving.
I've been going to the Cataract & Vision Center since I was a kid. In fact, Dr. Worldster Lee (now retired) saved my eyes after my regular doctor failed to catch what was actually going on with my vision. The pros? The staff and doctors. The staff are super friendly and great, especially the front staff and those who do the first checks. I've actually never had a bad interaction ever. Dr. Brandon Lee is also friendly, funny, and of course, knowledgeable. He's also consistently rated one of the top doctors in Hawaii. With my eyes now stabilized, I don't go here as regularly as I used to, but I still return every couple of years because of his expertise and to be sure that everything's good. They also accept VSP and other insurance. The cons? There's really only one, which is the wait. If you have an appointment, expect to be here for at least an hour. Maybe even two. Parking is a $1 every half hour (not their fault or choice) with validation. Is it worth it? If you're going to see one of the top doctors on island, assume there's going to be a wait. This clinic is busy for a reason. Right now, I'm considering Lasik, and I can also confirm that they are one of the most affordable if not the most affordable on island. Check them out.
I love the doctors, technicians and office girls here.. Everyone is so nice and professional. A few years ago they had a nice pair of sunglasses that I wanted so I inquired at the optical shop inside the office. She told me my price would be nearly $300. So I asked her to please check my coverage again because I haven't had to pay for glasses in years. She said no, and showed me her printed out binder. I noticed that her print out was a little old but decided not to argue. It would have been nice to get my glasses here since I don't go to the mall very often. This is much closer to my home.
