this place absolutely sucks. it’s really sad how they don’t care for your health. They don’t care & it shows. nor do they have consistent walk in hours. this clinic is just all over the place
Do not go here for Urgent Care. Go to Schofield. I was sick and I called this clinic to schedule an appointment.
I needed a pretty standard prescription. They instructed me not to show up and wait for a phone appointment. After 2 hours, I called for a status update. They said they would call at 5pm. After waiting all day, 5pm passes and I receive NO CALL. I called Tricare hotline, they review the system and see that I was scheduled and the appointment status was ‘COMPLETE’. I visited the sick call clinic this morning and had a great experience. The Hospital Corpsman at the check-in desk was very professional and welcoming. HM2 Park was very friendly and helpful. She provided exceptional care while checking my vitals. LT Cook was so pleasant to work with and provided great medical advice and care. The pharmacy team was quick and friendly. This entire staff is awesome! Everyone is upbeat and happy. Keep up the great medical service!LCDR Acfalle
