Macy's Eye Care

We completed our routine eye examinations with our opthalmologist who gave my husband a new prescription for his eye wear. Amazingly, his vision has improved, well, slightly improved since his last prescription just two years ago and he also wanted to update his eyeglasses style. Fortunately, we recently received a promotional flyer for 50% discount of lenses with purchase of new frames and decided to check out the inventory at this LensCrafters location. This review is for Mario and his team at Ala Moana Macy's Lenscrafter's. This was my first time getting glasses by myself, and I didn't know much about insurance, lenses, etc. However, Mario was incredibly helpful, honest, and attentive during my visit! For example, he was able to work within my price range and recommended glasses that framed my face well. (Not pushy at all btw) He's very knowledgeable and was able to answer each of my questions in depth. With Mario's help, I secured the perfect pair at an unbeatable price! My brother and I went here today to get new glasses for him. Kayla Ng helped us; she helped us pick out several frames to consider to start the process; once he selected the frames he liked, she patiently explained the Transition lens. I had gone in the week before to ask questions about what medical plans they accepted; she remembered me, which in itself is commendable, given the number of people she deals with in the store. Her customer service was refreshing since all too often that is an area that's overlooked and disregarded.
