I'm not one to leave reviews often, but I simply had to after my experience with Mac Mouse Club. My iMac 27 was overheating and I decided to give them a call. They advised me to drop it off and they would take a look. After diagnosis, John informed me that the graphic card was failing and recommended against repairing it due to cost-effectiveness. I ended up purchasing a new iMac instead. What impressed me the most was that they didn't charge me for the diagnosis.I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity, and strongly believe that they deserve to be compensated for their service. I’m not much of a computer person, but I was having an issue I couldn’t resolve, my roommate who is a computer person tried his best and still couldn’t figure it out. Macmouse saved the day, super friendly, super helpful, prompt, professional 10/10 would recommend
