All I can say is I'm glad I found Lowi!! Fist time being in Hawaii and I wanted to make a memory out of it!! For years I had planned to get a tattoo that represents my parents. I told Lowi exactly what I wanted and he made my vision come true, he was very open with his schedule he was also the only one that actually returned my calls and tried to get me in as soon as he had availability. I couldn't thank him enough I loved the results and he made me and my husband feel very comfortable. Price was very reasonable as well. Thank you Lowi!! Hopefully I see you in California for my next tattoo!!

LOWI IS THE BEST!!! so professional yet he makes you feel like family. so worth the price, pain, & time. definitely coming to him for future ink! i told him what i wanted (filipino sun & sampaguita flowers) & he exceeded my expectations... CUSTOM!! original & unique & ughhh i can go on & on. the overall experience is honestly the best i ever had from any other ink shops! HIMSELF & HIS WORK IS AMAZING ASF.
