I just finished my eye exam at the Aina Haina Eye Center. I was pleasantly greeted at the front desk by two friendly young ladies. The office is very nice, clean, and welcoming. My first exams was done by Lily, Lily is a very nice person and did an excellent job performing my eye exams. She thoroughly explained every part of the procedures and made me feel very much at ease. Then Doctor Janet Tham came in to work on more exams with me. Doctor Tham was very nice and also did a great job explaining each procedure to me. I got a appointment made here by my other eye doctor, and I'm GLAD that I got referred to Aina Haina Eye center to see DR Amelia FONG, from the moment I stepped in to the doctors office I was greeted by the front desk staff a female lady didn't get to know her name but she helped me very quick by getting checked in and doing some paper work before seeing the eye doctor. Also big thanks to the tech Sylvia she helped me do my eye exam etc and she took my eye pictures. She was very HELPFUL from the start till the end of my doctors check up. I had a routine eye exam today. It was a very pleasant experience. I didn't get the names of the receptionist nor the doctor's assistant, but they were very nice and helpful. I know the name of the optometrist who saw me because she gave me her card. Her name is Janet Tham. It was my first time seeing her. Two thumbs up for her knowledge, professionalism and friendliness.
