We completed our routine eye examinations with our opthalmologist who gave my husband a new prescription for his eye wear. Amazingly, his vision has improved, well, slightly improved since his last prescription just two years ago and he also wanted to update his eyeglasses style. I needed a new pair of glasses adjusted and even though I did not purchase my glasses from LensCrafters, Kayla was able to help me adjust the ear pieces on them quickly and at no charge. Mahalo!

Didn’t visit the doctor on this visit; just came to fulfill prescription for myself, my sister and nephew. Mario and Chris were super helpful, had delightful banter between the two of them and with us…so, we ended up ordering 4 pairs of Rx glasses and 2 pairs of Rx lenses.Great service and great customer interactions, when they needed to bounce between us and other patients.
