LeakMaster is great company. We also used their service twice. Jeff Kimbrel was our estimator. The first issue we had was a leak in the roof. Jeff identified the probable area of the leak and arranged for LM to install Boral Tile Underlay, battens, and then put the Monier tiles back. The installation team of Earl and Nick were very knowledgeable and completed the work in 2 days. Most importantly - the roof has not leaked since! We were so pleased with the roof, we called Jeff for another leak. Jeff conducted a water test and identified the area of the leak. He suggested Lava Deck system as a solution. Throughout the process they keep you posted as to what is going on with your roof which is gives you lots of confidence in their work.
Their pricing seems to match the work that needs to be done.
