I purchased a Groupon and received an email confirmation email for my appointment that I booked in August at 8 am. I arrived 15 minutes early, and no one was there. The gate to the business was locked. Upon checking their website, their homepage said: "Lash Up Studio Hawaii ... closed." I called the main number a few times and even attempted to message the owner on Instagram, but no response. I hate to write bad reviews, but this is terrible customer service! The business should have done their part to send a courtesy email to notify those with confirmed appointments that the company is no longer in business.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE TINA! I initially went to her through a Groupon just to see what it's like to get lashes. I cannot stress enough how amazing this woman is! My lashes: freaking gorgeous! The experience: easy, comfortable, and I felt like I've known her forever. She makes you feel right at ease like you're in your own home having a chat with an old friend (while your lids are taped and she's perfecting your lashes, of course). She's super knowledgable and helps you choose what amount of lashes/volume is best for you. She can tell when you've been stressed by the time you come back for a re-lash. Whoa! So not a me thing. But I love them!!!!! It is above and beyond about safety! Covid rules are followed! Parking was easy and they have two reserved spots. Inside is clean but not sterile. She takes the time to know what you want and guide you as best as she can. This was 1000% an amazing experience.
