Our in-laws need to replace their roof. Rob got back to us in a timely manner. Provided a quote and things were set in motion soon after. Communication on roof selection and availability was conveyed to allow us to make a appropriate selection on roof color. Soon after, materials were delivered, and replacement started that weekend. With all the horror stories of other companies, Rob and his crew did an excellent job.
After several quotes, I decided to hire Kimoto Roofing to do the work. All the roofers basically told me that my roof was not leaking but the skylight needed to get sealed. The reason I chose Kimoto roofing is that the owner, Rob, gets involved with the job himself. His quote was also directly to the point and clearly written so that you know what work he will do (detailed on materials he will use). Some of the other roofers would not guarantee their work, but Rob's quote did have a 2 year guarantee. Kimoto roofing did an outstanding job on our flat silicone roof. Robert was very responsive (after a second follow up call) and I couldn't be happier. Job was well done with premium materials, even though it is now almost impossible to get due to the pandemic supply shortage. Highly recommend them.
