I went there first thing on a Saturday morning after stepping on my glasses which were a very complex brand. The optician was able to fix my glasses and actually made them fit better, and she also refused any payment because she didn't want to guarantee that she would fix them. They are an amazing and incredibly professional group. Highly recommended.
Gracious courteous and amazing! They were able to accommodate me with my appointment(I chose the first available). They were understanding with my contact request and assisted with frame selection as well. Extremely professional and will be going back annually.
I was stranded without contact lenses on my vacation to Waikiki Beach. Kati & Shoji were INCREDIBLY accommodating and helped me out in just a few hours. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. HIGHLY recommend.
