I've gotten massages at 4 Season Resorts and spas all over, and let me give you a tip. Save your money and go to Kaimuki Health and Wellness instead. If I could book a weekly appointment, I would! It's a luxury for me to get a 90 minute massage. Ron is funny, professional, and the best! He always helps my muscles feel better, just wish I could go more often!

Awesome MFR (deep tissue massage)! This is the first massage I've gotten since moving to Hawaii and I really needed it. I've recently started running and my hip has been giving me some trouble. After yelping around I found Kaimuki Health and Wellness as a place that is reputable, convienent location, and affordable. I scheduled a 1 hr appt with Ron. Super painful but that's what you pay for, right? Ron was very attentive and always conscious of the pressure he was using. Towards the end of the massage Ron talked about what was especially tight and ways that I could stretch. Overall, very worth it. If you are active and need a massuese who knows their stuff, go to Ron!
