Kathleen is the best! I'll never trust anyone with my Brazilian wax, NEVER! I've been seeing her for a couple of years now, and I've literally never had such a great experience with my Brazilian anywhere else in thr world (I travel a lot!).

I absolutely love Kat, she is fabulous. She makes the whole process seamless and comfortable whether you’re getting lash extensions or mentally forcing yourself to get over the hurdle of getting a Brazilian wax. She will talk you through everything, whether it’s explaining products, or just giving advice and listening to all of the things swirling around in your life. I’ve been going to Kat for years after trail and error of many other places. I have recommend her to everyone of my friends.

I wanted to do lash extensions for an upcoming wedding I was in, because I admit I'm a total crier at weddings, and was not about to have mascara running all over my face that day! I'd had lashes done before, but... let's just say my old lash lady and I did not see eye-to-eye on covid and precautions, so I went looking elsewhere. Kathleen lived up to all these 5-star reviews. We were in each others faces for over an hour, but we both wore good quality masks and she had an air purifier running (even though this was post-mask-mandate). I felt that minimized the risk of catching covid as best we could - and the LAST thing I wanted to was jeopardize my trip to participate in my best friend's wedding. She showed me some photos to get a sense of what I wanted - whether I wanted Kardashian-style fringe that touched my eyebrows or something natural that just looked like I had mascara on. We wound up somewhere in the middle, which was perfect. I really dug the late-90s Lilith-Fair playlist she had going, which had ALL the songs I owned back in 2001, Sarah McLachlan, Natalie Merchant, Cranberries, Jewel, Shawn Colvin. I told her that hour of songs were absolute perfection (and a blast from the past), and she told me it was the Sarah McLachlan Radio on Pandora. That was a fun distraction from the lash procedure. My eyes are pretty sensitive to light and just people messing with them in general (won't be a candidate for contact lenses any time soon), and she commented on that, but didn't make me feel self-conscious about it. She was very patient and did relatively quick work. Despite that sensitivity, I'm also pretty rough on lashes - I sleep on the side of my face, rub my eyes, etc - so they are starting to look noticeably leaner ten days on, but I imagine if I wasn't so hard on them, they'd be in better shape. But they still look okay - I don't have a lot of obvious bare spots. She said I would be a good candidate for lash lifts, which are cheaper than extensions. She has an introductory price on extensions when you book online ($150 for your first visit). She didn't try to upsell or push products at all. She gave some recommendations for biotin supplements from Costco, also a cost-conscious recommendation Parking is validated. Park in the lot behind the building, give the attendant your plate number, then hand over a validated ticket as you leave.
