12/03/2023. Sunday around 2:20pm, my neighbor called 911, spoke to a female dispatcher about sending an ambulance to Young St. in Mccully area, because my neighbor fell down on Friday night 12/01/2023, she is handicap and couldn't move, her friend called one of the tenant and if she could check on her, she had hard time responding when we knock on the door, finally she struggled to unlock the top lock, and we found her lying couldn't move. Called 911 and was transfer to another dispatcher, she gave the dispatcher the address, phone number and condition of my neighbor, ambulance didn't come, she had to called again, the ambulance finally came after an hour later. Question? Does it take more than an hour for EMS to come or something wrong with the on duty female dispatcher because I gave her my name and asked for her name, but she didn't give me her name
