My experience with them has been a nightmare so far. I went there for an eye glasses prescription which is covered entirely by my insurance and a contact lens fitting that I knew I would have to pay out of pocket. When I called to make an appointment I was told that the price for contact lens fitting is $84. By the time I got to see the doctor the price changed to $108. I verified that the price was $108 total and not $108 on top of the initial price of $84 and doctor confirmed that it was $108 total. It's unfortunate that this business has such an awful communication system. It did not allow me to communicate via text which is what they suggest when you call to schedule an appointment. Because my appointment was this week, the last week of the year, to help "expedite" the process, they wanted to collect my co-payment up front. Not a problem...but when I need to re-schedule my appointment because they failed to complete my initial exam last week, it didn't make sense that I needed to make a "payment" this week to confirm my continuation of appointments...we used to come to this location all the time and had no problems, but it seems recently that their lack of care and compassion and pettiness of needing to collect a small co-pay to confirm an appointment that should have been done correctly and completely the first time, I think I will take the receptionist's advice (Ray) and find another doctor that can do a more complete and compassionate job of servicing a patient.
